Peter's World

"Road To Nowhere"

Part of a new range of pastels which I've created to evoke a nostalgic feeling, with subtle tones & vintage style framing. Available on metallic canvas which is created from an optimal blend of metallic, silver & pearlescent surface finishes to portray exceptional detail. I love it!

"The infamous Skippers road is not for the faint hearted & I had chickened out of driving down here previously. But not because of the road itself, I was more concerned about meeting a landrover towing a trailer of kayaks (commonly seen) on one of those hairy bends. What then? But I got up early & put a brave face on! You can only imagine what life was like for the early settlers, the lure of gold certainly drove them to some remote, inhospitable places!"

“When Peter delivered our pieces, we couldn't believe the incredible detail. The images on his website - impressive as they are - really didn't do our prints justice!“
