"Brutal Beauty"

"The clarity of the Routeburn river is so clear & I had been seeking an image I felt it deserved, so after slipping & sliding down a steep bank, I was excited by what lay in front of me. The sheer power of the water that slammed these tree trunks into their position must have been immense & unforgiving, although it had done so in quite a poetic, but brutal way. And as I started to explore the area for its full potential, my plans were almost thwarted as it began to rain...but fortunately the heavens held for the next hour & the soft light assisted in my recording this remarkable 360 degree view with phenomenal depth & detail."

Also available as a meticulously crafted Fuji Flex print which displays incredibly fine sharpness, colour & contrast, to create the ultimate photographic master works. “When Peter delivered our pieces, we couldn't believe the incredible detail. The images on his website - impressive as they are - really didn't do our prints justice!“
