"Dancing Mist" 3m high x 1m wide (1st image superimposed, 2nd image = completed installation)

When I first visited my clients Marcus & Naomi in their new home, they were looking for some stunning artwork, but with so many windows looking out to their view (leaving very little wall space), they didn't know where to start!

Taking photos of this wall in their kitchen, I considered a few different options before presenting my ideas. Being able to make adjustments to the height & size on my Mac with them both beside me eliminated any guesswork & we all agreed that for maximum impact, this needed to go all the way to the ceiling (or at least 10mm away from it!)

What you see here is only 1/4 width of the entire scene that I recorded near Milford Sound. Capturing 20 high res. photographs that I stitched together preserved very fine details, allowing me to concentrate on this left side of the image & highlight all of these incredible waterfalls.

The end result is really remarkable & they absolutely love it!

This second image is the installed canvas (in order not to damage the cabinetry, I used strips of velcro to hold it securely in place).
